About Room Rent security for landlords who have registered on Roomsdikhao.com

This room rent security scheme is only for Residential rooms registered for rent.

If company is not able to provide suitable tenants enquiry for the vacant Residential rooms within 30 days of time period from the Date of registering the Rooms, then Roomsdikhao will pay the Roomrent of that particular month to the landlord and the same process will be continuing for the next months too.

Landlords can receive the benefit of this Room Rent security scheme after the period of 12 months from the date of registering themselves on Roomsdikhao.
Although they can upload and share their property from the day 1.

Rent to be paid back by the company for fully furnished “A” category Rooms in high reputed area.

1.For Single Room-Rs.5,000/-
2.For Single Room and attached kitchen-Rs.6,000/-
3.For 1BHK-Rs.7,000/-
4.For 2BHK-Rs.9,000/
5.For 3BHK-Rs.11,000/-

This Prices may increase in terms of inflation with respect to time.

Apart from this, For any different types of Rooms such as bungalow, Villa etc irrespective of the area, size, the investigations will be conducted by the company’s team and the Rent to be paid back will be decided by considering the valuation of the property by the Government rules and survey.

The billing for purchased package will be provided through email.

Once the landlord buys a Package for Registering Residential rooms on Rent, the Company Agent will call the Registered landlord or may Visit their house address and collect the required documents regarding the Registered property for further process.
The legality of the Property will also be checked.

This Pay rent back scheme by Roomsdikhao is applicable only in following cities-

Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Bhopal, Indore, Hyderabad, Banglore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Jaipur, Ahemdbad, Noida, Surat, Kanpur, Visakhapatnam,
Dhanbad, Lucknow, Kochi, Nashik, Aurangabad.

Apart from this Roomsdikhao also provides number of buyers to the property sellers.

If the Residential landlord doesn’t get any of the tenant enquiry in their monthly period of 30 days, then they can claim the total refund of rent of that Particular month from the company by refund policy terms and conditions of the company.
